Wing Chun is a simplified form of Kung Fu Self-Defence. It is a conceptual based martial art that relies on scientific principles. Human motion etc. •Simple •Direct • Efficient•
Kung Fu is the term given to a martial arts style which derives from China. There are many styles of Kung Fu similar to the many dialects. Some styles of Kung Fu are hard and others soft. Wing Chun Kung Fu is predominately a fighting system of martial arts which has it's roots in Foshan China. Many styles of Kung Fu derive their movements from animals for example dragon, tiger, snake. Wing Chun Kung Fu doesn’t follow this trend. In fact Wing Chun in simple terms is based on the biomechanics of the human body. That way its principles are far easier to understand and grasp compared to many other forms of Kung Fu.
