This introductory sessions will cover of the foundations of Kung Fu and also provide you with an understanding of situations control. How to turn a negative situation into a positive one. By the end of the session, you will be able to walk away with at least an idea of what you can do if ever something was to happen.





Learn how to defend yourself in situations where you may feel threatened.




What do I need to wear?

Tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt and trainers. No more no less.


I've never done self-defense or martial arts. 

No problem. Not many people have. We won't make you do 1000 push-ups and sit-ups. We cover relevant scenarios such as grabs, shoves, etc. and demonstrate how to deal with each concept.


What else should I bring?

A drink such as water and a towel to dry yourself.


What should I leave behind?

Any misconceptions that Kung Fu is for men only. 



We can't turn you into Bruce Lee overnight, but by the end of the session, you will appreciate how effective you can be in a given situation.

The only thing stopping you from achieving anything is yourself. But above all, these sessions are free from egos, fast-paced and fun.
